Wager Duel protocol

In a wager duel everything is different. You and your opponent will agree on a certain amount of EvoTokens to wager. Justpost with this:

The one challenged may accept or decline. After that, winner states he has won, loser confirms. After that, an admin will give the winner the points and deduct the points from the loser. He/she will then lock the topic. If your post has not been accepted/declined within 3 days, we will consider it as declined and lock it.
